Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is paramount to us, which is why Pet Goods is committed to making all product returns simple and hassle free. If you purchased the wrong item, or are not completely satisfied with the product, we invite you to take advantage of our 30 day refund policy. Eligible pet supply products can be returned to our Paramus, Poughkeepsie, Scarsdale or Succasunna store locations within 30 days if accompanied with the original receipt. Customers can expect a full refund in the original form of tender. For debit or credit card purchases, refunds will be credited back to the original card only. For any Pet Goods items purchased by check, cash refunds will be issued once the check has cleared the bank.

Free product exchanges within 30 days

Our 30 day return policy also allows for free merchandise exchanges. You have 30 days from the date of purchase to exchange an item for another of equal or lesser value, as long as you present the original sales receipt. If exchanging a pet supply product at our store, any positive balance will be reimbursed in the original form of tender. Free exchanges can be made at any Pet Goods store locations in New Jersey or New York.

Pet Goods may issue merchandise credit for appropriate amounts to customers who request product refunds after this 30-day period.

Need to return something?

For faster processing, we ask that customers bring all return items to the nearest cashier upon entering the store. Please return the item in the original packaging.
